Freedom To Experiment · Network State
I have submitted a Meme card, Network State Conference 2026. This year it sends me to Singapore on October 9 to represent 6529 in person and introduce 100 new people to 6529. What is left of the mint builds the Mailclub directory, a small business whose income pays for 6529 to be represented at the conference every year after, without a new Meme card each time. From next year, the card's holders choose who goes. One card, a seat at the table for good.
A mission to take 6529 IRL. I'm raising funds to attend the Network State Conference and represent 6529 in person. My goal is to introduce 100 new people to 6529, share what the ecosystem is building, and connect the ideas of memes, digital communities and Network States with people beyond our existing community.
Now it's time to take the meme offline.
I have travelled over 10,000 km talking to thousands of people about Network States. I have tried to explain why this movement matters, why crypto native communities matter, and why we need new ways of organizing online and in the physical world.
Rode across India, from Kanyakumari at the southern tip to Umling La at 19,000 feet, talking about Network States at every stop along the way. The Meme's Ambassador car carried summer.jpg the whole distance.

I was at Network School in the July cohort, the first attempt at a physical Network State. Seeing the network effects in person was incredible. Then the school had to shut down in the middle of the cohort, and I ended up heading to Singapore in the middle of the night, like some Mission Impossible stunt. That is when I became even more bullish on 6529 as the decentralized decision layer: a building can be taken away, a network that decides and funds things onchain cannot.

That's me
That's meI think 6529 has things sorted out when it comes to becoming a Network State: an aligned community, TDH votes as a public decision layer, Meme cards as a way to collect art and fund members, and the first physical places on the map. I truly believe 6529 will become a trillion dollar economy. The people at this conference are exactly the people who should hear that from someone who has lived both worlds.
The Network State Conference is Balaji's conference on Network States, startup societies and parallel institutions. The 2026 edition is on October 9 in Singapore, right after Token2049, with founders and investors from all over the world in one room.
Nobody there is going to learn about 6529 from a deck. They will learn it from a person, in a conversation, with a card in hand. That is the job:
The mint funds the trip, and what is left funds the directory below.
The card promises additional action, and this is it. If the card mints out, the funds send me to Singapore to represent 6529. What remains brings a second thing to life: a Mailclub directory, a website that lists mail clubs in one place. People pay once to see the full list, or the mail club owners pay once to be listed. Low maintenance, hardly any backend work, and a good side income.
That income has one job: fund 6529's representation at the Network State Conference every year, so we don't have to release a Meme card every year for it. The card funds the first trip, the directory funds the rest. And it will not be me going every time: from next year, the holders of this card choose who represents 6529 at the Network State Conference.
I am not starting from zero. I run r/mailclub, the subreddit for mail clubs. It only got going in January this year, and nine months later it has passed 100k views, with the curve still bending upward. Two thirds of its traffic comes from the iOS and Android apps.

Both from the Mod Tools Insights page of r/mailclub, taken September 14, 2026.
This is where it ties back to 6529. The Mailclub directory sits at an intersection nobody else is standing on: CC0 artwork from the Memes, and a community of collectors and artists who are nowhere near web3. Every free postcard we send out carries a piece of the Memes, made with the CC0 work that already exists, and tells the person holding it where it came from. It works, too. A friend of a friend posted a reel offering a free postcard, and thousands of people commented to get one. That is a fantastic way to spread the Memes of Production across the world, and it is going to be so much fun.
